Solution 1: Restore Lost Contacts from iCloud.com

Solution 2: Recover Deleted Contacts from iCloud Backup
If it shows “No Archive Available” when you click on “Restore Contacts” in iCloud.com, you can still rely on iCloud if you sync your iPhone with it every once a while.
